A Feast of Flavors and Delicacies:

The moment I stepped into Voyager Bake House, I was greeted by the enticing aromas wafting through the air. The ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. Three Three Five's team had prepared an exquisite menu, featuring a diverse range of food options that left me spoilt for choice.

Maine Lobster Croissant: The specialty Maine lobster croissant was a true delight. The combination of succulent lobster meat and buttery, flaky croissant was a match made in heaven. Each bite transported me to the coast of Maine, with the flavors of the sea tantalizing my taste buds.

Oyster Selections: Oyster lovers were in for a treat, as Three Three Five curated a fantastic selection of oysters. From the briny and crisp East Coast varieties to the creamy and rich West Coast options, there was something to satisfy every palate. These delicacies were expertly shucked and presented, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality and freshness.

Aged Hams: Three Three Five took the opportunity to showcase their impressive collection of aged hams, ranging from 8 months to 6 years. The carefully cured and meticulously aged hams offered a depth of flavor that can only come from time and dedication. Each slice was a testament to the craftsmanship and expertise of the culinary team.

Appetizers and Small Plates Galore: As the evening progressed, the small plates and appetizers kept coming, each one more delectable than the last. The steak tartare was a standout, featuring perfectly seasoned, hand-cut beef that melted in my mouth. The wagyu beef bolognese was another highlight, with its rich flavors and velvety texture. To add a touch of luxury, Island Creek caviar was served, offering a burst of briny goodness that elevated every bite.

Cocktails and Wine Pairings:

No gourmet experience is complete without expertly crafted cocktails and perfectly paired wines. Three Three Five ensured that each dish was complemented by the ideal libation, enhancing the overall dining experience. The specialty cocktails were creative and expertly balanced, while the wine pairings were thoughtfully selected to elevate the flavors of each course.
